Prevention starts with awareness. SHAAADOWSS® is a globally unique acronym coined by Brainline to highlight preventable risk factors. Recognizing these risks early can significantly reduce the chances of brain stroke.

Hypertension – The leading and most common cause of strokes.

Age – Risk increases significantly with age, especially after 55.

Alcohol Abuse – Excessive alcohol can trigger high BP and irregular rhythms.
